Vitrine Inova is an online store offering electronics and smart accessories. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. However, product appearance may vary slightly, and information may be corrected or updated when necessary. All orders are subject to product availability and payment approval.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, incorrect pricing information or suspected fraud. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders & Product Information
Please review all product specifications before placing an order, including dimensions, plug type, voltage, network compatibility and destination requirements. Contact us before purchasing if you need help confirming compatibility.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order will be handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products can be supplied from different locations. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order and payment have been confirmed.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s country, currency and device. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed and processed.
Payments are handled by authorized third-party payment providers. Vitrine Inova does not directly store complete card details. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or other fees.
The final order total, including product prices and any shipping charges collected by us, will be displayed before payment. Import taxes, customs duties or local fees may be charged separately by the destination country.
